3 Ingredient Roasted Sweet Walnuts

These sweet walnuts are great and so easy to make! Use them over a salad, or in a desert, or a tasty desert at a party. Best part is there’s no added sugar or dairy. All you need are the walnuts, coconut oil, and raw honey.

ingredients:

  1. Raw Walnuts
  2. Coconut Oil
  3. Raw Honey

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degress and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place sauce pan over medium heat.

3. Place a scoop of coconut oil and a scoop of raw honey in the sauce pan.

4. Let the coconut oil and raw honey melt in the sauce pan.
5. Stir and mix until both become liquid.

6. Drizzle the liquid over the walnuts.
7. Mix the walnuts and the liquid until all walnuts have been covered.

8. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes.
9. Let cool on cooling rack.
10. Store in the fridge.
