My 3 ballet-inspired moves will slim your booty, and backs of thighs. I do these moves all the time, and I always just feel good when I’m done 🙂
DOSAGE:
Do 30 reps of each move ALL on the RIGHT side, then 30 reps of each move ALL on the LEFT side, twice through! You can do it!!
Do 25 reps if you are a beginner.
Challenge your friends to it! And see if you can finish without stopping.
START:
On hands and knees, making sure knees are stacked under your hips, and hands stacked under your shoulders
ACTION:
- Arabesque kicks – tap the floor with your toes, then fast kick up, making sure your abs stay in tight, spine long, and leg straight!
- Knee tucks to Arabesque – Touch knee to forehead and contract the abs and dome the upper back, then extend through the spine, and extend leg back into arabesque for a beautiful long line, and contract the glutes by keeping the leg super straight
- Fast Arabesque lifts: Pulling the belly up, lift a straight arabesque leg up towards the sky, contracting the glutes with each lift
