As we shift into spring and summer I know that these upcoming months are filled with lots of exciting vacations! But here’s the dilemma: you’ve been crushing your Barre Definition workouts and don’t want to lose all your progress.. What’s a girl to do?
Here’s 3 tips to stick to your fitness goals while you’re on vacay! 😎
1. Be Flexible
Your week of workouts will look different on vacation and that’s okay. Give yourself some wiggle room and adapt to what’s available to you. Your movement for the day could look like walking around an amusement park, surfing/kayaking with your friends, going on a hike, a family dance party to one of my Song Workouts.

2. Keep It Simple
All my workouts are body weight (with the option of adding ankle weights or hand weights.) This means that every workout on my YouTube channel and inside my Barre Definition app can be done anywhere. I have workouts ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes all you have to do is press play!
3. Recruit Your Family & Friends
Working out on vacation doesn’t have to be a solo sport. Ask your family or friends to join in with you. It is a great way to bond, encourage one another, and start the day off feeling accomplished and energized!
And remember, it’s okay to not workout on vacation. You can soak up the relaxation & cherish the extra time with loved ones without feeling guilty for taking a week off. As best you can, make movement a priority, but don’t stress out over it. Otherwise, what’s the point of the vacation!?
