Day 6!
Welcome to Day 6 of #FallFlexibility! JUST TWO DAYS LEFT ROCKSTAR!!
In such a short amount of time, we started off by grounding ourselves into our most authentic selves. Then we let go of all that doesn’t serve us so that we could create space and freedom in our minds and bodies, widened our perspectives to live life to the fullest, and then fully stepped into our power!
Wow!!

Think back to before you started the challenge, where you didn’t have a daily yoga practice, or this loving supportive community. Where you felt tight and rigid, and were possibly at a point where you were about to settle and live with pain, fatigue, and low energy.
Now, you have more energy, more flexibility, less pain, and a loving, supportive community cheering you on, daily!!
Having a supporting community around, where you can depend on people to stay accountable and motivated, where people cheer you on when you’re not feeling your best, and you’re there to forklift your friends – is how we truly become enriched through our relationships.
I’m all about women supporting women.
I have 2 older sisters that live a few miles from me, and we have always supported, loved, and congratulated each other every single day.

When she’s winning, I’m winning. When I’m winning, she’s winning too.
That is true sisterhood.
And we get to create that with every woman we meet.
So today’s theme is COMMUNITY!
