Although there isn’t any magical move to spot treat, these 3 barre moves will help you build defined legs and a bootylicious bum! You can do these moves anywhere and they require no equipment, so no excuses. 😉

2. Plie In 2nd To Side Bend
3. Attitude lift
Here’s a video showing you proper form for each move! Make sure to keep your pelvis tucked so that your core is engaged and you aren’t pulling from your back. Remember: slow is strong. Prioritize proper alignment and slow-controlled movement.
