Yoga For When You Are Sick (Get Better Quick)

If you are feeling tired or have a cold or flu, then doing this gentle yoga flow will ease tension and help your body heal.

I will be using a yoga bolster for ultimate relaxation. If you do not have one, grab a pillow or couch cushion from around your house. Put on something comfy, and join me. 🙂
