Total Body Fat-Burning Circuit

My 4 moves will blast fat, leave you feeling good and looking even better. I know you will love it. 

DOSAGE: 

Do each move for 45 seconds, as many reps as possible, taking 30 seconds to rest between each exercise.

Do 3 rounds of the circuit. 

Grab a buddy and do it together!

START: 

Lying on your stomach, hands behind your head 

ACTION:

1. Back extensions: hands behind head, lift upper body up off the floor, thinking about extending and lengthening through the top of the head. The belly still stays lifted into the spine. 

2. Push ups 

3. Running crossing mountain climbers 

4. Plank to frog squat
