Coconut Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This smoothie I created is not only delicious, but it’s filling, packed with all kinds of goodness, including a total of 20g protein! Plus when you drink it straight out of the coconut, I feel as though I’ve been whisked off to a tropical island! Healthy and delicious – what more could a girl want 🙂 

Each ingredient serves a purpose:

Whey Proteinhelps support the rebuilding of muscles

Collagen Proteinsupports joint, bone, and skin health

Blueberries: antioxidants

Coconut Meat: superfood naturally rich in saturated fats (i.e. medium chain triglycerides) to keep you full longer and satisfied 

Coconut Water: electrolytes, refreshing  

Almond Butter: tastes amazing with the coconut flavors, just a bit of omega-3s

RECIPE: Coconut Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Gluten Free, Soy Free; Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients 

Equipment:

Directions

1. Open the coconut with The Coco Jack.

2. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

3. Add more coconut water for a smoother texture, more ice for icey, or more coconut meat for a thicker, creamier consistency. 

4. Pour back into the coconut for the ultimate tropical smoothie!
