Easy Nutritious Salad in 5 Minutes

Sometimes you just need a quick fix. Here’s your perfect solution! Try to keep common things around, like spinach, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemons, and avocados on hand for easy meal preps.

Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients
1 cup Organic Kale
1 cup Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Avocado
Small handful of almonds
1/2 Squeezed Lemon
1/2 cucumber quartered
Salt/Pepper to taste
Several dashes of Turmeric Powder

Instructions
Mix everything except the lettuce in a medium sized mixing bowl. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed, then toss the salad with the kale and spinach. Enjoy!
