This recipe is SUPER easy! It’s just about being patient and letting each ingredient cook to it’s fullest.
I took this dish to my Book Club, and the girls loved it π
Also, the book we read (pictured above), was really good if you’re interested in a good thriller!
GARLIC & ONION RAINBOW CHARD & KALE
Ingredients
- 2 bunches of Organic Rainbow Chard
- A few handfuls of Organic Kale
- 2 tbs Salted Grass-fed Butter (I use Kerrygold)
- 7 minced garlic cloves
- 1 diced yellow onion
Directions
- Heat skillet over medium, add butter
- Once melted, add minced garlic (saute for a few minutes, do not let them burn)
- Add chopped onion, saute until translucent (I like to cover the pan for a few minutes in between stirring to help soften the onions quickly)
- Add the greens
- Cover for a few minutes to let the greens soften in between stirring
- Once everything is soft, then you know you’re done.
- That’s it! Enjoy!
