I’m so proud of you for showing up and doing the work for yourself. Maybe you’re an experienced yogi, or maybe you’re brand new and trying this yoga thing on for size. Either way, your willingness to show up, grow, and learn is admirable.
The more you put into this challenge, the more you will get out of it.
Our theme for today is GROUNDED, inspired by our pose of the day, TREE POSE.
Many times we look outside of ourselves for answers, when the answers are right there, inside of your heart. Root your toes into the earth, water your own soil, and blossom babe. Go inside yourself, tune in, and anchor your energy into the earth. When you build this foundation for yourself, you’ll feel safe to explore all aspects of life.

Common Mistakes:
- Sinking in supporting hip (weak core and outer glutes)
- Butt pushes back (tight hip flexors)
- Lifted Knee pointed forward (tight external rotation)
- Wobbly foot (lack of foot foundation)
