Our theme for today is POWER, inspired by our pose of the day, WARRIOR II.

Warrior II is a POWER POSE!

So many of us want to run and hide for fear of being seen. But why? Scared of judgments, criticism? Or worse, fear of being liked and praised?

Today I give you permission to fully embrace your space and fully embrace YOU.

Let yourself be seen, take up space, stand in the power of YOU. 

You playing small does not serve the world.

I challenge you to play big today! Take risks, speak up, talk out loud, be bold!

The world gets to know you, hear you, see you, and love you.

Stand powerfully for yourself, and others will do the same for you, but it has to start with you, not them.

  1. Collapsing in arch of back foot (possibly tight hip flexors)
  2. Swayed Low Back (possibly tight hip flexors)
  3. Front knee too far forward over toes (possibly tight external hip rotation)
  4. Front knee collapsing inward (possibly tight external hip rotation)
