Healthy Organic Raspberry and Blueberry Protein Pops, No Sugar Added

Healthy Protein Sugar-Free Popsicle Recipe

SUMMER = POPSICLES. PERIOD. 

Are you ready for healthy, organic, sugar-free raspberry protein popsicles? I hope you are! You are in a for a real treat this summer…

I’m so excited to share my recipe below. I concocted this using only the best and most pure ingredients possible. Click on the links below to use the exact items I used, or substitute with your own organic ingredients. 

Organic Raspberry and Blueberry Protein Pops, Sugar FreeHealthy Organic Raspberry and Blueberry Protein Pops:

Prep time: 10-20 minutes 

Freeze time: 1 hour 

Makes 1 batch of 6 small popsicles. Double the recipe to make bigger popsicles, or more small popsicles.

Ingredients

1 tbsp – Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 

1 scoop – Nutiva Organic Plant Protein Superfood Vanilla

3 tbsp – Nutiva Organic Shelled Hempseed

5 tbsp – Non-Fat Organic Greek Yogurt

8oz – Organic Vanilla Almond Non-Dairy Beverage

1/4 tspn – Bulletproof VanillaMax

1 dropper – Liquid Stevia Vanilla Creme 

2 – ice cubes

1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Raspberries 

1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries 

Frozen fruit added later: 

1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Raspberries 

1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries 

 

Directions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, making one batch for raspberries, and one batch for blueberries. 
  2. Place frozen fruit at the bottom of each popsicle before pouring the protein shake 
  3. Pour blended shake into popsicle holder with its respective frozen fruit at the bottom 
  4. Add more frozen fruit to the popsicle if desired (the more the better!)
  5. Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours 
  6. Take out of freezer and let defrost for a few minutes, until you can easily pull the handle out
  7. Enjoy 🙂 – quickly! They melt fast!!
