I’m so excited to share my recipe below. I concocted this using only the best and most pure ingredients possible. Click on the links below to use the exact items I used, or substitute with your own organic ingredients.
Healthy Organic Raspberry and Blueberry Protein Pops:
Prep time: 10-20 minutes
Freeze time: 1 hour
Makes 1 batch of 6 small popsicles. Double the recipe to make bigger popsicles, or more small popsicles.
Ingredients
1 tbsp – Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 scoop – Nutiva Organic Plant Protein Superfood Vanilla
3 tbsp – Nutiva Organic Shelled Hempseed
5 tbsp – Non-Fat Organic Greek Yogurt
8oz – Organic Vanilla Almond Non-Dairy Beverage
1/4 tspn – Bulletproof VanillaMax
1 dropper – Liquid Stevia Vanilla Creme
2 – ice cubes
1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Raspberries
1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries
Frozen fruit added later:
1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Raspberries
1/4 cup – Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, making one batch for raspberries, and one batch for blueberries.
- Place frozen fruit at the bottom of each popsicle before pouring the protein shake
- Pour blended shake into popsicle holder with its respective frozen fruit at the bottom
- Add more frozen fruit to the popsicle if desired (the more the better!)
- Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours
- Take out of freezer and let defrost for a few minutes, until you can easily pull the handle out
- Enjoy 🙂 – quickly! They melt fast!!
