Home workouts are GREAT because you’re able to get your sweat on without worrying about anyone watching you. Also, you don’t have to worry about waiting on equipment or driving to a stinky gym.
However, I do know that it can be hard to get motivated to workout from home with all the distractions that a home can often have. Aka: TV, kids, to-do tasks, literally anything else.
Here’s my 3 top tips for finding motivation at home:
1. Have A Plan

2. Pencil It In
When you fail to plan you plan to fail.
Schedule your workouts like you would schedule an appointment. It’s a non-negotiable. 3. Find A Support System
