Intense Core Workout On-The-Go (only 8 minutes!)

Ok guys! I know I normally focus on stretching, but you must have a strong core in order to do the intense stretches so here is a great ab video for you to do at anytime of the day. 

For this video, we’re doing 3 sets of 3 moves.

It’s going to be intense but I know you can do it! It’s less than 10 minutes, super easy to squeeze into your day, and no equipment required!
