Mint Cucumber Green Collagen Smoothie

I teamed up with my friend Theodore Leaf, amazing chef and lifestyle blogger, to cook easy, low-sugar (and delicious) protein smoothies – using the amazingly healthy and nutritious Grass-fed, Pasture Raised Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins!

Theodore invited me to his home, Gingham Cottage, up in the Hollywood Hills, and it was nothing short of AMAZING. His kitchen looked like it came straight out of a Martha Stewart magazine.

Directions

Leaving the protein powder for last, pour all of the other ingredients into a blender, cover with lid. Blend until smooth. Add the 2 scoops of protein powder, blend again. Enjoy!
