I wholeheartedly believe that dancing is medicine to the soul. It’s healing & therapeutic.

Instead of focusing on what is bogging you down, reroute your focus to the rhythm, choreography and just letting go. You’ll walk away feeling so alive and rejuvenated.

I get it though. Dance class can be intimidating.

My dance cardio classes are different. They can be done in your living room. With no dance experience required. I design the classes to be easy to follow and most importantly FUN & EFFECTIVE for burning fat.

Pro Tip: don’t let the choreography trip you up. If you miss a step, freestyle it. I do this allll the time.
