Sexy Arms with only 3 lbs!

I swear by these little tiny weights. Only 3 lbs, 10 minutes a day will sculpt your arms into a beautifully chiseled arm. I recommend putting on your favorite tunes, and moving rhythmically to the beat with each move. Leave feedback below and let me know how you liked the workout!  (You can use 1 or 2 lbs and work your way up to 3 lb weights!)
