I teamed up with my friend Theodore Leaf, amazing chef and lifestyle blogger, to cook easy, low-sugar (and delicious) protein smoothies – using my favorite Banana Cinnamon Vanilla Collagen-Whey proteins from Vital Proteins!
Theodore invited me to his home, Gingham Cottage, up in the Hollywood Hills, and it was nothing short of AMAZING. His kitchen looked like it came straight out of a Martha Stewart magazine.

Tropical Banana Collagen Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Vital Proteins Grass-fed, Pasture Raised Banana Cinnamon Vanilla Collagen Whey
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 3 Cubes of Ice
- 1 ½ cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 2-3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup Frozen Mangos
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a blender, cover with lid. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
